Chair Yoga / Computer Health

A 30-45 minute chair yoga group session can help relax and refresh body and mind in a friendly, fun atmosphere.

Chair Yoga classes can be performed in a wide range of environments-on carpeted or polished floor and no mats/props are needed. Classes can be set to soft music if desired.

These classes provide an option to perform yoga poses in comfort, safety and ease. All age groups, body types, health conditions and abilities are welcome.

No yoga experience is needed.
