Lydia Dyhin has been practising Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and Energy Medicine for over 40 years, initially undergoing 15 years’ immersion in traditional aspects of Yoga & Meditation at the Yoga Education Centre in Melbourne. Lydia deepened her Meditation studies and practice at Siddha Yoga and Satyananda Ashrams in Melbourne, Sydney and upstate New York.
Lydia completed her formal Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training over 20 years ago with the International Yoga Teachers Association, extending her training by completing a Meditation Teacher Facilitator’s Certificate at Nature Care College.
As a Meditation Train-the-Trainer, Lydia oversaw the Meditation Teacher Training Programme with the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) and went on to lecture with their Teacher Training Team. Lydia has been a Board Member of Meditation Association of Australia (formerly ATMA).
